Planet Fitness Greensboro is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role. Starting pay is $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on Anniversary date.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones promptly and greet members; sign up and tour new members; log amenities.
• Respond to questions/tickets professionally; process beverage or merchandise purchases at POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
