Responsibilities

• Deliver superior member service at the point of contact.
• Resolve member concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Enforce store policies and safety procedures to protect members and team.
• Monitor merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Assist with daily operations to maintain a welcoming, clean environment.
