Job summary

Valley-of-the-Sun-Jewish-Community-Cente is seeking a Member Experience Associate to staff the Welcome Desk, greet members, and assist with memberships and events. You will handle check-ins, answer calls, and guide guests to appropriate departments, ensuring a positive member experience.

The role combines customer service with light administrative duties, including POS transactions, reservations in UPace, and processing membership applications, while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests enthusiastically and professionally in person and by telephone.
• Engage with all members throughout their shift.
• Check in members and guests according to procedures.
• Accepting payments for services at POS computer.
• Making reservations in UPace.
• Answering the telephone and directing calls to the proper person.
• Assist members by being knowledgeable of all departments, services, community/campus programs and events.
• Keep membership director abreast of all customer service issues and concerns.
• Give tours and process membership applications.
• Additionally, any responsibility to maintain effective member relations; issuing photo ID cards, addressing membership inquiries, keeping surrounding area organized and other duties as assigned.
