Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions; check members into the system.
• Sign up new members and calculate rates and monthly payments.
• Give tours to prospective members and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts.
• Update member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with daily tasks.
• Support in completing special cleaning projects and other duties as needed.
