Job summary

CoVantage Credit Union is hiring a full-time Contact Center Representative to work onsite at Antigo, De Pere, Neenah or Wausau branches. You will assist members with deposits, consumer loans, and virtual services, handling inquiries by phone and online channels while delivering outstanding service.

The role operates on a rotating schedule with weekday hours and Saturday shifts. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $30.79 per hour, based on experience, with benefits including a strong 401k match,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in service or sales preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Able to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software.

Responsibilities

• Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages.
• Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more.
• Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships.
• Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate.
• Provide efficient and professional service to members.
• Maintain member confidentiality.
