Job summary

AAA is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branches. You will meet individual sales targets while learning and applying knowledge of AAA products and services.

You will adapt quickly to different branch environments, collaborate with teams, and provide personal service to Members with genuine care and attention to needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries or call centers is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and value to Members across branches, meeting individual sales targets.
• Learn and apply product knowledge across multiple lines, adapt to different branch environments and systems.
