Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Member Service Advocate to be the friendly voice guiding members to answers and explaining their medical and dental packages.

You'll train in a phased program and work in a structured service center, with remote-working options. After training, shifts run 10:30am-6:30pm EST and 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years customer service experience with frequent communication by phone, email, or in person.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Local to Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Responsibilities

• Guide members to the answers they need and explain medical and dental packages.
• Be the friendly voice that supports the member experience and service goals.
• Work in a structured service center environment and participate in training.
• Engage in calls with members, learning and development, and career growth opportunities.
• Support remote-working options as part of the role.
