Job summary

Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a Member Services Agent to own the member experience from a remote, high-volume setting. You will engage with members by voice and email, providing thoughtful, unscripted support and building lasting relationships.

This role expands into other channels such as messaging or social media and involves handling returns, tracking, and order modifications with empathy and initiative. A background in e-commerce or luxury retail and 1–3 years in a contact center are preferred,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of contact center experience in e-commerce or luxury retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Members via voice and email with professionalism and positivity.
• Resolve inquiries on returns, tracking, and order modifications without a script.
• Prepare to handle more complex situations and channels like messaging or social media.
• Must be willing to work any shift Monday through Sunday 9am–9pm EST.
