Job summary

Rivermark Community Credit Union in The Dalles, OR is seeking a Member Relationship Advocate I or II to improve members' financial lives by building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and handling transactions; MRA II also opens business accounts and loans.

Must have strong communication, confidentiality, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to represent the Credit Union professionally.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
• Flexible to work branch hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Conduct financial transactions and provide product/service solutions. MRA II handles business accounts and loans.
