Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a dedicated Member Advocate to deliver exceptional service by leveraging in-depth knowledge of our products to offer the best solutions for members. This role requires care, trust-building, and a focus on the member experience.

You will support deposit accounts, loans, and self-service products, while educating members on digital banking and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Proficiency with basic office software and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with members, identify needs, and recommend financial services.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Assist members with loan applications and guidance on requirements and next steps.
• Educate members on digital banking and enroll in online/mobile banking.
• Balance cash drawers and support end-of-day settlements and audits.
