You will open and service accounts, handle routine transactions, and, for MRA II, open business accounts and loans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to represent the credit union professionally to members and partners.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and confidentiality.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn product and service knowledge.
• Able to sell credit union products using consultative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Perform routine financial transactions as needed.
• Deliver exceptional member service and identify product solutions.
• For MRA II, open business accounts and loans.
• Represent Rivermark professionally with members and partners.
