Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado seeks a Member Advocate to deliver exceptional service by leveraging in-depth knowledge of our products to offer the best member solutions. You will build trust, connect with people, and enhance the member experience, handling deposits, loans, and self-service products.

You will educate members on digital banking and support with online and mobile enrollment, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining strong relationships across branches and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to open and maintain deposit accounts and process routine transactions.
• Experience with mortgage and consumer loan processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service by understanding CU{Colorado}'s products and offering the best solutions.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts; assist with loan applications and disclosures.
• Educate members on digital banking and assist with online/mobile enrollment.
• Balance cash drawers and support end-of-day settlements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
