Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service with clerical and project management duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; intermediate MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer member inquiries via phone, email, and chat and document in system.
• Process dues, orders, and payments accurately in AMS.
• Update member records and ensure data integrity.
