Job summary

ICCU is seeking a member-facing representative to provide excellent service to members and support financial wellness. You will handle a variety of transactions, promote ICCU services, and maintain professionalism in appearance and performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. This role emphasizes accurate cash handling, compliance with regulations, and delivering a positive member

Qualifications

• One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a strong focus on helping each member achieve financial success.
• Ensures member experiences meet ICCU service standards.
• Promotes and cross-sells ICCU services.
• Performs a wide range of member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provides general information to members about ICCU services.
• Recognizes and develops opportunities to refer products and services to members.
• Resolves member concerns on first contact when possible.
