CapEd Credit Union in Meridian, ID seeks a Member Contact Ambassador to engage members and resolve financial inquiries, enriching their experience and deepening relationships. You will respond to members across channels and follow up on needs with professional communication.

The role requires 1–12 months of related experience, strong listening and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This is an on-site position with standard branch hours.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using computers and MS Office software.

Mansioni

• Assist members and potential members with inbound account inquiries and perform transactions.
• Resolve inquiries with a one-call resolution approach using company policies.
• Assist with written communications in the Member Contact Experience Department as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and promotions.
• Follow escalation processes to direct members to appropriate team members as needed.
