Job summary

Embold Federal Credit Union in Oregon seeks a dedicated Member Service Advocate to deliver world-class service, process deposits and withdrawals, open new member accounts, and advise on products and services. This role reports to the Call Center and supports inbound/outbound channels and online chat.

The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and strong product knowledge, with opportunities for community involvement. Bilingual Spanish speakers may receive differential pay.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• PREFERRED: Greater than two years of similar or related experience.
• REQUIRED: A high school degree or GED.
• PREFERRED: A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study.

Responsibilities

• Process member requests with accuracy and complete satisfaction.
• Keep cash drawer within guidelines and balance at close.
• Open new member accounts and explain features to build relationships.
• Refer or cross-sell products to benefit the member.
• Provide world-class member service through various channels.

Education
