You’ll help keep facilities clean, learn product knowledge, and treat every member with warmth. The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and opportunities to advance, with both part-time and full-time options.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning — ensure the club is clean and approachable at all times.
• Training — improve at the job and help teammates get better.
• Selling — view a great member experience as a sale and follow-up to keep members engaged.
• On break — return promptly to productive duties as needed.
