Blue Moon Fitness Studio is seeking an energetic team member to sign up new members and deliver a remarkable, retention-focused club experience. You’ll use our app, website, and AI tools to guide prospects from interest to enrollment.

We train you on our systems and expect you to maintain cleanliness, friendliness, and strong product knowledge to help members bring friends and stay engaged. This role can be part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be coached, not just check boxes.
• Comfort with being observed and corrected as part of a system.
• Willingness to work in-club before advancement.
• Basic comfort with technology and using our management tools.

Responsibilities

• Sign up new members using our app, website, and AI phone system.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and knowledgeable member experience.
• Engage with members and referrals to grow club membership.
