Job summary

BECU in Spokane Valley, WA seeks a Member Consultant II to deliver seamless member experiences, sales guidance, and financial product expertise across channels. You’ll rotate across pods and travel between branches to support community financial wellness.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in sales or financial retail, with Spanish language skills a plus. Training lasts 12 weeks with shifts 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in a sales or financial/retail setting.
• Spanish language proficiency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across product areas.
• Sign line and loan documents and fulfill members’ needs.
• Support financial wellness and refer to specialized services.
