Job summary

1 st MidAmerica is seeking a Member Service Advisor to assist members with Credit Union needs, including teller transactions, setting up new accounts, and account maintenance. You will promote products/services and ensure compliance across locations.

Position involves working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with full-time hours and occasional travel to different credit union locations as determined by management. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance.
• Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
• Promote products and services to meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
