First Financial of Maryland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative (MSR) I-III to deliver a personalized member experience across channels, including account opening and maintenance, while promoting banking solutions to meet member goals.

You will work in the Admin Center, with travel to support branches across the network as needed, and engage in consultative conversations to build trust as a financial expert.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required and ability to obtain job-related certs.
• 1+ year in customer service or sales; contact center a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus; proficiency in confidential handling.
