Northern Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Supervisor to lead a relationship center with a passion for delivering the WOW member service experience. You will own the member service journey, coach internal owners, and align activities with the organization’s mission and strategic plan.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional service while promoting Northern’s values across all channels and delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from accredited college or university; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of similar or related experience plus at least 1 year of leadership responsibility.
• Professional level of self-direction; strong time management and judgment required.
• Technologically savvy with self-service options and evolving consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to engage the workforce and drive profitability and service excellence.
• Mentor and coach internal owners to achieve department goals and maintain ownership culture.
• Support relationship center operations, cross-sell and educate members on Northern products and channels.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, safety, and policy compliance across centers.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure service standards and objectives are met.
