Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, finance or business coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role with sales or advisory experience.
• Experience handling complex applications or data entry with accuracy and discretion.
• Notary Public commission or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service consumer, business, fiduciary, and IRA accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Guide members through account and service options by identifying needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Develop member relationships through needs-based conversations, referrals, and member education opportunities.
• Resolve member issues related to account activity, digital banking, card services, and general inquiries.
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
