The ideal candidate will handle consumer, business, fiduciary, and IRA accounts with accuracy, assist with digital banking and card services, and process a variety of financial transactions while maintaining strict privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in finance or business preferred.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role with sales or advisory experience preferred.
• Experience handling complex applications or data entry with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service consumer, business, fiduciary, and IRA accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Guide members through account and service options with needs-based recommendations.
• Develop and deepen member relationships through referrals and education on products.
• Resolve member issues related to accounts, digital banking, card services, and inquiries.
• Process member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashier's checks.
• Balance cash drawer daily; perform vault and TCR operations; balance ATM in dual control.
• Complete wires, account maintenance, document processing, IRA transactions, and related branch support.
• Maintain records in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
