Job summary

GreenState Credit Union in Rockford, IL is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver quality, professional service to members and staff. You will handle daily transactions, answer questions, and promote products and services while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:15pm with rotating Saturdays. The pay range for this hourly position is $19.47–$22.76 per hour, plus a monthly incentive and benefits.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to represent the Credit Union in a positive way.
• High energy with the ability to engage members.
• Thorough knowledge of deposit products and regulations.
• Accuracy in cash handling and recording transactions.
• Proficiency with computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, responsive member service and handle daily transactions.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and balance drawers; monitor vault and end-of-day procedures.
• Assist in community involvement and service to members.
