Soho House & Co. is seeking a proactive Member Events Coordinator for Soho Beach House Miami. You will assist the Member Events Manager with logistical coordination, venue selection, menu reviews, seating plans, invoicing, and vendor communications to deliver community-driven membership events.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Excellent communication and a pulse on current trends are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be well organized and detail oriented.
• Experience supporting cultural event programming or production is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team for event communication and materials (floor plans, custom menus, run of shows).
• Upload events to digital platforms and manage inquiries and attendee confirmations.
• Coordinate information from partners (photos, event details, bios).
• Organize and update event contracts, receipts and contact information.
• Attend and oversee events and collect member feedback for future planning.
• Propose trends and innovative formats for events, including digital components.
• Ensure events align with monthly themes and business goals.
