Soho House is seeking a motivated Member Events Coordinator to assist the Member Events Manager with logistics for cultural and community-driven membership events. You will prepare, coordinate venues, menus, seating, and vendor communications, and track feedback for future events.

You’ll be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and up-to-date on trends in music and talent, with skills in vendor management and event software to keep programs running smoothly.

Competenze

• 1+ years of professional experience in cultural event programming or production.
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and vendors; strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams and partners.

Mansioni

• Support the management team for event communication and materials (floor plans, menus, run of shows).
• Upload member events to platforms and manage inquiries and attendee confirmations.
• Collect event information from partners (photos, bios, etc.).
• Organize and update event contracts, receipts, and partner contacts.
• Attend and oversee event execution and gather member feedback.
• Conceive unconventional and memorable member events (booking talent, artist residencies).
• Book events (DJs and bands) and send proposals.
• Propose trends and innovations for new formats and themes for large events.
• Inspire members, talent and teams to create and implement events.
• Ensure events align with global monthly themes and budgets.
