Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a dedicated Member Events Coordinator in Miami Beach to assist the Member Events Manager with logistical coordination for cultural membership events.

You will help prepare, plan, and execute events from concept to completion, including location selection, venue booking, menus, seating plans, and vendor communications to achieve memorable member experiences. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and culturally in-tune, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in cultural event programming or production.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel; knowledge of Eventpro.
• Strong communicator with exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support event communications and materials, including floor plans and run of shows.
• Upload member events to digital platforms and manage inquiries.
• Coordinate contracts, receipts, and partner contacts.
• Attend events to oversee execution and gather member feedback.
• Suggest trends and innovations for future events and themes.
