Job summary

YMCA of Central Florida is seeking a Member Engagement Representative to warmly welcome members, manage access, and help grow memberships. You will guide tours, assist enrollment, and deliver onboarding so every new member feels a strong sense of belonging from day one.

You will connect members to programs across wellness, aquatics, youth, and community services, maintain accurate records in YMCA systems, and strive to meet sales targets while upholding YMCA values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
• Proficiency with computer systems; CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire confidence and build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse individuals, families, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper access control and check-in procedures for members and guests.
• Engage with members to provide friendly, solution-oriented support and promote programs.
• Assist new members with onboarding and enrollment.
• Connect members to YMCA offerings across wellness, aquatics, youth, and community programs.
• Conduct cause-driven tours to showcase facilities, programs, and impact, driving enrollment.
