Job summary

PRINTING United Alliance, a leading national trade association for the graphic arts industry, is seeking a Membership Specialist. You will support all membership types, assist at the front desk, handle live chat, voicemail, and mailbox inquiries, and coordinate member outreach.

You will cultivate relationships with members, support renewal campaigns, and collaborate with subject matter experts to promote programs and services. Travel to Expo may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments as instructed.
• Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain knowledge of Alliance programs and services.
• Build relationships to grow and retain members.
• Lead bi-monthly online meetups for new members.
• Execute retention calls to renewals and lapses.
• Monitor membership mailboxes and route to experts as needed.
• Collaborate with SMEs to understand programs and services.
• Manage Member Interest Form and outreach communications.
• Maintain membership data in Salesforce AMS.
• Identify onboarding solutions for new members.
• Travel to Expo to support membership booth and lounge.
• Answer phone calls as needed.
