Job summary

Iowa State University - College of Design seeks a Member Engagement Specialist II to support CIRAS membership programs, events, and communications. You will coordinate onboarding, renewals, and logistics for the Iowa Lean Consortium and related cohorts, serving as a primary member contact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience.
Experience coordinating programs, memberships, events, customer engagement, or similar activities.
Experience developing, editing, proofreading, or distributing newsletters, announcements, marketing materials, or other communications.
Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records and program information.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding and renewals for CIRAS membership programs.
Coordinate program and event logistics for CIRAS memberships and cohorts.
Maintain membership and participation records and connect members with CIRAS programs and resources.
Assist with communications and marketing activities, including newsletters and outreach materials.
