The role focuses on delivering a strong member and sponsor experience while ensuring projects, records, communications, and commitments move forward.

Qualifications

• Post-high-school degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage immediate priorities while supporting longer-term goals.
• Comfortable working with multiple clients, stakeholders, projects, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Membership Services: Manage member registration, onboarding, engagement, and support.
• Sponsorship Support: Identify sponsorship opportunities and deliver sponsor benefits.
• Committee Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, track action items.
• Client & Stakeholder Support: Respond to inquiries with professional communication.
• Data & Record Management: Maintain membership data across AMS and databases.
• Project & Event Execution: Maintain boards, timelines, and assist onsite registration at events.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to membership, sponsorship, and processes.
