Job summary

The Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS) at Iowa State University seeks a Member Engagement Specialist II to manage membership programs, events, and communications. The role coordinates onboarding, renewals, and program logistics while serving as a primary member contact.

Responsibilities include connecting members to CIRAS programs, supporting cohort initiatives, and producing newsletters and outreach content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience are required.
Experience coordinating member onboarding and renewals.
Experience developing, editing, or distributing newsletters and marketing materials.
Experience using a CRM or similar system; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

supporting member onboarding and renewals
coordinating program and event logistics
maintaining membership and participation records
helping connect members with CIRAS programs and resources
supporting CIRAS cohort programs and assisting with communications and marketing activities
working closely with CIRAS staff and program leadership to provide a positive experience
occasional statewide travel required
