Job summary

MCS Puerto Rico is seeking a qualified events coordinator to manage Club Te Paga activities at service centers and events across Puerto Rico. You will coordinate logistics, track participation, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver engaging member experiences.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related fields and at least two years of event management experience. A driver’s license and travel across Puerto Rico are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience coordinating events or promotions.
• Experience with program optimization processes preferred.
• Proven experience may be replaced by previously established requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Club Te Paga activities, educational initiatives, outreach, and events to boost participation and retention.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, logistics, and activity requirements for successful program execution.
• Collaborate with service centers, departments, vendors, and partners to deliver member-focused programs and services.
• Manage vendors, materials, contracts, and resources within budget policies.
• Track program expenses and optimize resource use within approved budgets.
• Monitor attendance, feedback, and program effectiveness for improvement.
• Maintain participant records, surveys, invoices, contracts, and activity data in CRM systems.
• Prepare reports on participation, satisfaction, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen engagement and retention.
