Job summary

MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC (MCS) is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead Club Te Paga activities at Puerto Rico service centers and events. You will manage resources, maintain participant records, conduct surveys, and generate reports to enhance loyalty and retention.

As a liaison across departments, you will promote engagement, coordinate schedules, vendors, and budgets, and ensure compliance with policies.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for coordinating the activities of Club Te Paga at service centers and events, including managing resources, maintaining participant records, conducting surveys, and generating reports. Promote customer loyalty and retention by identifying opportunities to enhance program experience. As a liaison and ambassador, work with other departments to promote and organize the program as an integrated strategy, extending the benefits of the Club through a variety of activities and services, and strengthening our customers' relationship with our brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinates Club Te Paga activities, educational initiatives, outreach efforts, and events to promote member participation, satisfaction, and retention.
• Supports the implementation of member engagement programs and initiatives by coordinating schedules, resources, logistics, and activity requirements to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with service centers, internal departments, vendors, and community partners to support the delivery of member-focused programs, activities, and services.
• Coordinates vendors, materials, contracts, and other resources required for program activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and established budget guidelines.
• Monitors assigned program and activity expenses and supports the effective utilization of resources to ensure initiatives are delivered within approved budgets.
• Monitors participation, attendance, and member feedback and identifies opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and member experience.
• Maintains accurate participant records, surveys, invoices, contracts, activity documentation, and related information within designated systems, including CRM platforms.
• Prepares reports and tracks participation, satisfaction, program performance metrics, and budget utilization to support program evaluation and informed decision-making.
• Provides recommendations and operational support for continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen member engagement, education, and retention efforts.

• May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related areas. At least two (2) years of experience managing, coordinating, and implementing events or promotions. Previous experience with program optimization processes is preferred.

Certifications / Licenses:

A valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is required.

Other:

Car in good condition and available to travel to different locations in Puerto Rico.
