Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or sales-focused role; financial institution experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash accurately and efficiently.
• Intermediate to advanced user level experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products and services to individuals with varying levels of financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction.
• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures
• Leverage knowledge of credit union products and services to educate members and recommend solutions that support their financial goals.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals through active engagement and relationship-building.
• Support members' financial success by providing personalized guidance, financial education, and access to resources and solutions.
• Represent the credit union professionally within the community, promoting its values through outreach activities and events.
