• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products and services to individuals with varying levels of financial knowledge.

Brief Summary

The Engagement Specialist serves as the first point of contact for members, creating meaningful connections and delivering an exceptional member experience. This role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying members' financial needs, and recommending products and services that support their financial well‑being. Through a thorough understanding of credit union offerings, the Engagement Specialist educates members on solutions that help them achieve their financial goals. In addition, this position processes transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with credit union policies and procedures. Success in this role requires a friendly, energetic, and member‑focused approach, along with a passion for helping others and supporting the community.

Schedule

• Schedule will vary, Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Participation in a rotating Saturday shift at our Aitkin branch (approximately once every five weeks), 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
• Full-time, 37-40 hours per week
• Pay is hourly
• Starting pay range: $18-$19/hr., pay commensurate with experience
