Job summary

The Picklr Fremont is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Member Engagement and Sales Associate to welcome members, run the front desk, and clearly communicate programs and membership options.

You will support daily club operations, help players get on courts, answer inquiries, and keep the club organized, safe, and welcoming for the community.

This role offers a flexible schedule and discounts, with the potential for free membership based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and professional disposition.
• Ability to explain memberships and programming offerings clearly.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Proficient with basic computer software (Word, Sheets, Excel).
• Knowledge of pickleball community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handles check in process as the Member Engagement and Sales Associate.
• Welcome guests and prospective members.
• Provide tours for prospective members.
• Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Understands all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr Fremont.
• Proficient with all club software programs (PlaybyPoint, Aircall, Hubspot, Wingfield AI, SWISH, etc.).
• Provides excellent customer service and outstanding hospitality.
• Assists with club cleaning and maintenance.
• Complete assigned Trainings on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized check in and Pro shop area.
• Accurately record client information and accept payments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Ensure Picklr Fremont rules and systems are followed.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Member Engagement and Sales Associate who will be the face of Picklr Fremont, welcoming members, running the front desk, and clearly communicating our programs and membership options. • Able to set up/explain/run all Picklr programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Proficient with basic club software (PlaybyPoint, SWISH, Aircall)
• Proficient with basic computer software (Word, Sheets, Excel, etc.)
• Handle basic operations (Cleaning, Restocking, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Two or more years of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
