Job summary

Picklr, Inc. is hiring a part-time front desk team member at our indoor pickleball club in Burlington, MA. You will welcome players, conduct check-ins, and guide guests through memberships while helping busy weekends run smoothly.

Base pay is $21/hour with uncapped commissions; total earnings can reach $25/hour. Perks include a $100 club credit after 90 days, free Picklr membership after milestones, and employee discounts. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer questions.
• Give club tours, explain memberships, and help guests choose the right option.
• Support membership, pro shop, and event sales; process payments accurately.
• Help with court reservations and registration for leagues, lessons, clinics, and tournaments.
• Restock merchandise and keep courts, common areas, and F&B spaces clean and organized.

What you'll do

We're looking for a dependable, friendly self-starter who is proactive on the job, solves problems, and shows an eagerness to learn and contribute. You should be comfortable starting conversations and working toward sales goals. High school diploma or GED required. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful; prior experience is not required.
