Job summary

Picklr, Inc. is hiring a front desk team member to welcome guests, handle check-ins, and help guests choose the right membership. You will support membership, pro shop, and event sales while keeping the club’s courts, common areas, and food spaces welcoming and organized.

Help people find their next favorite place to play. The Picklr is hiring a front desk team member to welcome guests, build member relationships, and keep our indoor pickleball club running smoothly.

Pay and perks

What you'll do

Schedule and fit

Full-time, onsite. Late-afternoon and weekend availability is required; specific shifts will be discussed during the interview.

We're looking for a dependable, friendly self-starter who is proactive on the job, solves problems, and shows an eagerness to learn and contribute. You should be comfortable starting conversations and working toward sales goals. High school diploma or GED required. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful; prior experience is not required.
