Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker at the Monroe Branch in Phoenix to open accounts, assess members' financial needs, and provide trusted advice. You’ll support onboarding, loan facilitation, and follow-up outreach to grow relationships and promote OneAZ products.

You’ll build rapport with members, assist with teller activity, and expand the member base through community involvement and cross-selling, while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in customer service, sales, or client-facing role.
• Cash handling experience preferred, ideally in a financial institution.
• Strong relationship-building and client-focused sales skills.
• Excellent verbal, phone, email, internet, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and identify member financial needs.
• Onboard new members by opening accounts and facilitating loans.
• Follow up with client-focused outreach to build relationships.
• Represent OneAZ at community events to promote the brand.
