Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a team member to support Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting products and services. Duties include processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and assisting Members at sales events to meet goals.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, assisting with orders, and delivering strong customer service while collaborating with management and peers to improve operations and Member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders pulling items from shelves scanning items wrapping and palletizing items ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices
