Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a team member to support Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting value of products and services. You will process Membership upgrades and credit accounts and participate in sales events to help meet Membership goals.

You will also fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensure order and invoice accuracy, and follow safety and ethics standards while collaborating with management and peers to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
