Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring to support Membership services, provide customer assistance, and promote the value of club benefits. The role includes processing memberships and upgrades, fulfilling orders, and maintaining safety standards within the facility. Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues.
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and promote value of products and services.
• Safely operate and follow procedures for handling hazardous materials and forklift spotting, safety sweeps, and open door policy.
• Pull and fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, scan items, wrap and palletize, ensure accuracy of orders and invoices, secure items.
• Attend sales and marketing events and strive to meet Membership goals.
