Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• TrustLine registration may be required for California Kids' Club locations.
• Availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Onboard new members and connect them with appropriate fitness offerings and resources.
• Support Kids' Club duties where applicable, including supervision and safety responsibilities.
