The role emphasizes a friendly, inclusive, and results-driven member experience, with duties ranging from onboarding and answering questions to supporting a safe gym environment and delivering an outstanding service and sales experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing members to resources.
• Keep gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings and resources.
