Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Associate to warmly welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. The role focuses on listening to goals, understanding needs, and recommending personalized solutions to support overall fitness success.

You will build genuine relationships, help members feel included, and contribute to a positive, motivating, and results-driven experience. Availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Keep gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members while providing welcoming and informative guidance.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings and services.
• Locations with Kids' Club: assist in caring for and supervising children and related duties.
