Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is hiring a Sales and Service Associate to warmly welcome members and guide them on their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, make personalized recommendations, and promote a positive, inclusive experience within our community.

Responsibilities include onboarding new members, keeping the gym tidy and safe, and supporting guest interactions with a high level of service. Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing to resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Provide an outstanding sales and service experience by welcoming, informing, and guiding members to take next steps.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings and foster a sense of belonging.
• When assigned to Kids' Club, supervise children and manage entry/exit, safety, and cleanliness.
