Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Service Associate to welcome new members and guide their first steps on a fitness journey. You’ll build trust-based relationships by listening to goals and recommending personalized solutions, creating a motivating member experience.

The role focuses on delivering a friendly, informative, and inclusive visit, supporting onboarding, and helping members connect with fitness offerings. Full-time availability and a commitment to service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and guests, answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Keep gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for all.
• Provide a welcoming sales and service experience to inspire members to take next fitness steps.
• Support onboarding of new members and connect them with fitness offerings.
• For locations with Kids' Club, supervise children and manage entry/exit and basic care.
