Job summary

Flexcar is seeking a Member Concierge in Marietta, GA, onsite. The role centers on delivering an outstanding member experience from order through return, with responsibilities including vehicle preparation and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guiding them through the order, pickup, delivery, and return process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer order and vehicle issues promptly.
• Ensure each vehicle meets quality standards and assist in pre-delivery prep and cleaning.
• Use operational systems to manage member interactions and keep records accurate.
• Act as a product expert by staying updated on features, updates, and processes.
